2.      Legal and ethical status of a patient and a health care professional: a search for a fair balance.

3.      Human rights and information technologies in health care.

4.      Use of new biomedical technologies: ethical and legal issues.

5.      Medical law and applied bioethics: the interaction issues.

6.      Ethical and legal issues of combating social diseases.

7.      Ethical and legal aspects of pharmaceutical activities.

 

Forms of the Congress work: plenary sessions, sections, round tables and workshops.

1.      Health care management: legal aspects of introduction of the formulary system and the system of standardization of medical aid.

2.      Mediation in health care.

3.      Self-regulating organizations in health care.

 

Workshops:

1.      Bioethics and medical law education: methodological issues.

2.      Ethical and legal issues of psychiatric aid.

Abstracts Guidelines:

 

The abstracts should not exceed one page, MS WORD, single line spacing, Times New Roman 14, left margin – 20 mm, top margin – 20 mm, bottom margin – 20 mm, right margin – 10 mm.

 

The title shall be written in bold letters. One empty space shall be left after the title. The name(s), surname(s) of the author(s) and the affiliation shall be indicated. Two empty spaces shall be left before the text.
